NBA Summer League: Former Husker James Palmer scores four as Phoenix Suns defeat China

Former Nebraska standout James Palmer scored four points Friday to help the Phoenix Suns beat China 94-64 at the NBA Summer League.

Palmer made his only shot attempt and hit both of his free throw attempts in 10 minutes of play in the first half. He added one rebound and a steal.

South Dakota State grad Mike Daum scored two points for the Portland Trail Blazers in a 99-84 win over the Milwaukee Bucks.

The Kimball, Nebraska, native added four rebounds and two assists in 12 minutes.​
