Former Creighton and Omaha Benson standout Khyri Thomas scored a game-high 26 points against Croatia. 

Former Creighton and Omaha Benson standout Khyri Thomas scored a game-high 26 points to helping the Detroit Pistons win their NBA Summer League opener on Friday, a 96-80 win over Croatia in Las Vegas.

Thomas went 7 of 14 from the 3-point line and also added six rebounds and two steals.

Isaiah Roby makes debut

Former Husker Isaiah Roby made his Summer League debut as his Dallas Mavericks edged Brooklyn 96-92. Roby had 10 points, four rebounds and a pair of blocks in 28 minutes.
