Monday night is the deadline to enter the new World-Herald Match Play golf tournament.
Entries are being accepted online at owhgolf.com.
The website has information on the reformatted tournament, which replaces the longstanding World-Herald Publinks.
What remains in the transition from the Publinks to The World-Herald Match Play is that there is no entry fee. Golfers are responsible for their greens fees and cart fees during the tournament.
After entries close, match play begins Thursday, with the finals in all flights July 12 at Johnny Goodman.
The World-Herald Match Play offers competition for everyone 15 and older. Flight assignments, based on handicaps, will be determined by the Publinks Committee.
The senior men’s flights will be split into age brackets of 55 to 64 and 65 and older, and then flighted by handicaps if there are sufficient entries.
Allowed in all flights are caddies, riding carts and distance-measuring devices.
