Top uncommitted hitter of the week

Noah Greise, sophomore, Millard South: After collecting at least one hit in every game, Greise finds himself with a six-game hitting streak. The sophomore was 5 for 11 with three doubles, a triple, four runs scored, and three RBIs.

Notable hitters

Dalton Nelson, senior, Millard North: Nelson, an Iowa Western commit, led the Mustangs to a perfect week. He went 6 for 8 with four walks, seven runs scored, two RBIs, and three doubles. Top 10 opponents Omaha Westside and Millard South failed to record an out against Nelson.

Top uncommitted pitcher of the week

Logan Van Treeck, junior, Lincoln Southeast: The left-hander showed why he is one of the state's top pitchers after tossing a no-hitter against Omaha Creighton Prep. A total of four baserunners were allowed in the game, two of those by error. Van Treeck has now made back-to-back 6-plus inning starts against top 5 teams Lincoln Southwest and Creighton Prep.

Notable pitchers
