Nebraska, Wyoming, South Dakota and South Dakota State have all shown interest but are yet to offer.

Braasch is a versatile back. He rushed for 733 yards on 97 carries — 7.6 yards per attempt — and nine touchdowns as a junior. He also had 19 receptions for 206 yards out of the backfield.

"I play running back, slot and sometimes wideout," Braasch said. "When people recruit me they say they see me as a versatile player, so they are kind of getting the package deal when I am out there."

Braasch has a blend of power and speed with a 4.58-second 40-yard dash.

"If I bounce a run play it's over," Braasch said. "If I get to the outside and it's one corner out there, I'm either going right through them or I am going to beat them outside and I'm going to take it to the end zone."

He's aware he's not a finished product on the field and admits he needs to get better in pass-blocking situations.

"I'm just working on getting low and really working on footwork and stuff like that," Braasch said. "After going to some camps this summer, that is something I really need to buckle down on. Getting in and out of breaks is something I need to work on. I can break down, but just speeding back up real quick is kind of slow right now, but that is something I'm getting better at."

After spending June on the camp circuit, Braasch is looking forward to a few more in July. He will camp at South Dakota on July 21 and then camp with his high school teammates later in the month.

"Late July we have camp at school right before our team conditioning camp," Braasch said. "We have a couple of schools that come up, and at that camp I'm planning on staying a little bit after and work a little individually with our running backs coach and really buckle down on this footwork and agility stuff, so when the season rolls around I can just roll."
