Class A: As intriguing a postseason as there has been in recent memory for the Class A boys is up next. Nearly every district has a team capable of upsetting the host. Omaha Westside and Omaha South finish the regular season atop the ratings. They are the only two teams to hold the Nos. 1 and 2 spots, justifying that by combining to outscore opponents 115-12 this season.

Class B: Despite losing five of seven down the stretch, Elkhorn South holds on to the top spot. Four of those losses came to ranked Class A teams, including three to teams in the top four. The Storm split a pair of one-score matches with Top 10 No. 1 Westside, too. Gretna leaps to the second spot after closing the season by winning seven in a row and 11 of its past 12, capped with an Eastern Midlands tourney title. Skutt also jumps four spots after beating South Sioux City for the River Cities tournament championship.
