Bellevue West coach Michael Huffman and Wahoo Neumann coach Tim Turman joined "The Bottom Line" host Mike'l Severe to offer their take on new Nebraska coach Scott Frost's offense.
At Oregon and Central Florida, Frost has helped coordinate a "run-pass option" oriented offense, something the coaches agreed would fit the Huskers' personnel.
"I think it's really going to set up well," Huffman said. "Folks that say you can't do it in the cold are wrong ... I think it goes back to how well you teach it, how well you coach it and getting the athletes in necessary to run it."
"Coach Frost's system gives maybe not the five-star athletes, the lower-level athletes a chance to succeed," Turman said.
Huffman and Turman also broke down the different facets of Frost's offense, the stress it puts on the defense, how his offense uses tempo and more.
