He thanked his mom, talked about how he has developed as a football player and how Greg Austin landed his commitment.
"It's a whirlwind of emotions," he said. "All good ones, all positive ones. It's a crazy thing going on. I'm so pumped right now."
Anderson was especially thankful for one person that helped him fulfill his dream of becoming a Division I player.
"My mom. She was there for every single big moment in my life," he said. "My mom is the best mom in the world. Without her, I wouldn't have been able to accomplish any of this."
He was also appreciative of how Nebraska offensive line coach Greg Austin went about the recruiting process.
"(Coach Austin) is an amazing coach. I think he's an even greater man. The way he recruited me, I have a lot of respect for. He never told me negatives about any other schools that recruited me. He never talked down on anybody just because he wanted me. He was always respectful.
"We just have a bond. I think it's better when you play for a guy that you want to succeed for rather than playing for yourself. And for Coach Austin, I want to win him that national championship."
