Les Miles used to hate the color red. It reminded him too much of his old rival Alabama.

But he's come around to loving Big Red.

The former LSU coach was one of the studio analysts for ESPN's signing day coverage, which at one point turned to a discussion of Nebraska's recruiting class. Les is, of course, the father of Nebraska fullback signee Ben Miles.

Another analyst, Tom Luginbill, was poking fun at Miles, saying it would be inappropriate if the "Mad Hatter" didn't put on a hat at some point during signing day. So in order to celebrate his son's signing with the Huskers, Les reached for a white hat with the famous red N that went well with his red-and-white-striped tie.

And now Les has officially joined Husker Nation.
