Nebraska will host a free event the day after National Signing Day where fans can learn more about the Huskers' 2016 recruiting class from current NU coaches, the university announced Monday.

The Big Red Bash event will be held on Thursday, Feb. 4, at the Bob Devaney Sports Center from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Concessions will be available for purchase and free parking will be available in Lots 51, 52 and 58 surrounding the Devaney Center.

The event, free and open to the public, will feature Nebraska coach Mike Riley and members of the Nebraska football staff, former players and new commits. The NU staff will discuss the newest Husker signees and will preview spring football practices.

The Huskers currently have 18 players in their 2016 recruiting class, and expect to sign about a handful of additional targets.
