Nebraska's depth chart is out. There aren't a ton of surprises on it, but I'll point out a few things:

>> There are three different starting running backs: Tre Bryant, Mikale Wilbon and Devine Ozigbo. Jaylin Bradley made the depth chart, which indicates to me that Bradley is playing.

>> Freshmen Deontre Thomas and Damion Daniels are the co-No. 2 nose tackles behind Mick Stoltenberg. Khalil Davis is the No. 2 defensive end.

>> Alex Davis and Marcus Newby are the No. 1 outside linebackers.

>> Patrick O'Brien is the No. 2 quarterback.

>> Kieron Williams is the No. 3 safety behind Joshua Kalu. Marquel Dismuke is No. 2. Quite a drop for Williams, who started most of last season.

>> JD Spielman is NU's top kickoff returner, followed by Tyjon Lindsey and Jaylin Bradley. The No. 1 punt returner is De'Mornay Pierson-El, followed by Stanley Morgan and Lindsey.
