Nebraska received one of the nation's top 10 transfer players in Darrion Daniels, according to a new 247Sports transfer ranking released Wednesday.

Daniels played his first three seasons at Oklahoma State before an injury cut short his fourth year. He was able to use a redshirt last season so he could transfer to NU, where his younger brother Damion Daniels is a sophomore nose tackle.

Daniels is No. 9 on the transfer list. New Ohio State quarterback Justin Fields, who transferred from Georgia, is No. 1.

Two former Huskers — who both transferred to Oregon State — also made the top 50. Avery Roberts is 38th and Tyjon Lindsey is No. 40.

Former Miami receiver Lawrence Cager — who has expressed interest in Nebraska — is No. 29.
