Nebraska is 11-2 on the year, and finished non-conference play 10-1.

LINCOLN — The Huskers are back in.

After being bounced from the AP Top 25 last week, Nebraska re-entered at No. 24 this week. The Huskers played one game between the two polls, but it was a 79-38 win over Southwest Minnesota State on Saturday.

Nebraska is 11-2 on the year, the best start for the program since 2010. This week, the Huskers will travel to play 10-3 Maryland on Wednesday and No. 25 Iowa in Iowa City on Sunday.

The Huskers are also ranked in the coaches poll, which was released Monday, coming in a tie for 23rd with Wisconsin.

Tim Miles’ team also continues to impress data-driven polls.

The Huskers are ranked No. 15 by Ken Pomeroy (KenPom.com), and are No. 9 in the Sagarin rankings. NU is No. 12 in the NCAA’s NET rating system, which replaced the RPI.
