At its March 26 meeting, the Gretna Planning Commission held two public hearings and ultimately:
• Recommended approval of a final plat and rezone from general commercial to mixed use commercial for a plat to be known as Aspen Creek Phase 4, generally located on the northeast corner of 192nd Street and Highway 370.
• Recommended approval of a preliminary and final plat for subdivision to be known as Langdon Bros 7th Addition, generally located on Highway 6/31 and Bryan Street.
