A pair of armed robberies took place Tuesday night, according to Bellevue police.

The first happened just before 10 p.m. at the Pizza Hut near 36th Street and Comstock Avenue.

According to a police press release, two Hispanic males dressed in black entered the store, displayed weapons and took money from the cash register. They fled on foot to the east.

With the assistance of the Omaha police helicopter and an Omaha Police Department K-9 team, the suspects were spotted south of Comstock Avenue. There police believe they may have gotten into a vehicle.

Another incident took place at 10:25 p.m. when two Hispanic males with handguns entered the White House Best Western Inn near Fort Crook and Avery roads and took money from the clerk. The suspects possibly left in a gray four-door vehicle.
