Proud, and grateful, at 50

Bellevue Little Theatre would like to express our appreciation to all those who helped make our 50th anniversary season successful. We are grateful to the directors, producers, technical personnel, and, of course, all those actors and actresses who appeared on our stage this season.

We are proud of the BLT and how it has grown over the last fifty years, and we are thankful for the acceptance we have received from the Bellevue community. Our theater grew from a group of troubadours who traveled to local venues presenting plays and musical revues to the vibrant live theater it is today.

Over the years we have tried to expose the community to live theater and to include young people in theater activities. Our fourth 'Children's Workshop' concluded on June 21, with a showcase featuring the students who shared their time and talents with us. We extend a special thank you to those parents who shared their young people with us for this week. They were a joy to work with. We are proud to have been able to fill the need for onstage and behind-the-scenes experiences for these young people, and we look forward to moving on to a successful workshop next year.

Thank you again to Bellevue for helping us to grow and prosper. We look forward to another fifty years in Nebraska's oldest community.

With sincere thanks,

BELLEVUE LITTLE THEATRE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
