Bellevue said goodbye to another restaurant last week.
Ruby Tuesday, formerly located at 2008 Cornhusker Road, closed its doors to patrons on April 29.
The casual-dining chain closed more than 60 locations in 2018 and is continuing the trend this year, according to restaurantbusinessonline.com.
While Bellevue lost Ruby Tuesday, Duane Sarafik, president and CEO of the Greater Bellevue Area Chamber of Commerce, said it’s too early to see the options for the now vacant storefront “but we have much interest in growth in Bellevue.”
Those who have gift cards to the chain can use them at other Ruby Tuesdays.
