Burmese ramen will be the focus of a pop-up at Bánh Mì Shop in Bellevue.

A Burmese ramen pop-up is coming to Bellevue's Bánh Mì Shop. 

Aagya’s Burmese Ramen, which she has also served at Himalayan Java and Kathmandu Momo Station, will be in Bellevue on June 2 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. 

The pop-up will include traditional fish broth ramen, called Mohinga, and a vegan coconut broth, Un No Khow Suey, with different proteins and toppings.

The Bánh Mì Shop will also offer its regular sandwich and drink menu.
