The new fast-casual Indian Bowl is open off 39th and Farnam Streets. 

The restaurant, at 3901 Farnam, serves both classic Indian dishes in bowls and burritos with an Indian bent, as well as samosas, Masala fries and Indian breads.

Rockbrook Village now has a ramen bar 

Rizin Ramen is open and serving from-scratch ramen, rice bowls, sushi and shared plates. 

Owner Hidehisa Takahashi, a native of Japan, said he took more than three years to come up with the ramen recipes he’s serving in Omaha. He has worked in restaurants for almost 30 years in ramen spots in both Japan and Las Vegas.
