If you're like me and miss the delicious vegan baked goods from the now-closed Two Birds Bakery, which was in downtown Elkhorn, take note: Its owners have released a cookbook. 

The book, "The Two Birds Bakery Cookbook: Vegan and Traditional Recipes," includes all the favorites, such as cookies, muffins, cinnamon rolls, pies and cakes. 

The book, which is $14.59, goes on sale this week at the Bookworm, 2501 S. 90th St., and Omaha Bicycle Co., 6015 Maple St. It's also online at bakedbytwobirds.wixsite.com/twobirdscookbook
