A taco from Taco Co. in Benson.

Benson's latest restaurant, Taco Co., complete with puffy tacos and a margarita "garden," is open for business.

The restaurant, at 6108 Maple St., is serving a succinct menu of tacos served in fried puffy shells, beans and rice and chips and dips. A selection of margaritas includes both classic and frozen, as well as tequilas paired with lemonade and a tequila punch, among others.

The restaurant is the latest effort from Michael Sanchez, who also runs Mula, in the Blackstone District, and whose family runs Maria's, in Ralston. The restaurant is serving Maria Sanchez's puffy shell recipe.
