Old fashioned cocktail with cherry and orange peel

The writers behind the Gastronom Cocktail Blog will lead a mixology class on June 13 in Midtown Crossing.

Students will learn how to taste whiskey and how to use bitters, among other lessons, and mix their own cocktail during the two-hour class, which begins at 6 p.m. 

Tickets are $50 a person and include snacks. The class takes place at Hutch, 3220 Farnam St. Tickets are available here.
