You can bet there will be plenty of bows, kitties and pink frosted food items at the roving Hello Kitty Cafe Truck, which plans a stop in Omaha this fall.
The truck, one of two that travel around the nation, will be at Village Pointe on Sept. 8. The truck's menu includes (not surprisingly) cookies, cakes and pies. There's also (not surprisingly) plenty of Sanrio swag, including Hello Kitty water bottles, mugs, keychains and even a lunchbox, which would have fulfilled my every dream in 1985.
The truck will be in west Omaha from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., and all the food and swag is available while supplies last.
