Three downtown staples are teaming for a one-night-only dinner. 

Brickway Brewery, Ted & Wally's and Craft Sliders + Beer will work together on a five-course pairing dinner slated for Sept. 25. 

The dinner, which will be $30 a diner, includes fries with herb aioli, craft sauce and smoked ketchup paired with Brickway Aleius cherry limeade hard seltzer; chili lime pils marinated grilled chicken with avocado creme, tomato and lettuce paired with Brickway lime pils; a BBQ bacon cheddar burger with IPL barbecue sauce paired with Brickway IPL; a Reuben on a pretzel bun paired with Brickway Octoberfest; and an ice cream sandwich with coffee vanilla stout ice cream paired with Brickway Coffee Vanilla Stout.

Tickets are available at Craft Sliders, 1213 Harney St. Guests will take home a souvenir pint glass, and Brickway plans giveaways and raffle prizes.
