Attack-a-Taco is a new vegan food truck in Omaha.

Attack-a-Taco, a new all-vegan taco truck, hit the streets last week.

The truck serves an all-plant-based menu, and its food is free of artificial preservatives, flavors, colors, hydrogenated oils or artificial sweeteners.

For now, co-owner Durga Jai said the truck plans to park at Natural Grocers on 78th and Dodge Streets on Sundays from noon to 4 p.m. Jai is running the truck with her husband, Antonio Lopez.
