In case you haven't heard, the Reuben sandwich was invented in Omaha.

A mystery food celebrity is headed to town Thursday to likely down a classic Omaha Reuben.

The Crescent Moon is playing host to a national television show. From 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., the restaurant welcomes diners to come to the restaurant, 3578 Farnam St., to be part of the episode about its award-winning Blackstone Reuben. (The World-Herald named it the city's best as part of our Food Prowl series.)

The filming will include four Reuben items, two from the Moon's regular menu and two from its annual Reubenfest menu: the Blackstone Reuben, the Reuben egg rolls, a Reuben poutine and a spicy Reuben burrito.

Stay tuned for more.
