Marlyn and family, Jeff, Jay, and Janie -
I am so sorry to hear about your loss. I loved being around John.
I have known him since we both played junior golf on the Betty Phinney Tour in the 1960's.. He was a good player for a really long time. John could make me laugh and I will always remember that about him. RIP John you will be missed.

Wilke Family,
I went to grade school with John at Christ The King Catholic on Shamrock Rd. up until 1963, when I switched school systems. John was a good pal and classmate as I recall. I'm glad to read he had a nice family and life. I'm sorry for your loss.

A month after he passed away, and I'm just catching word of your loss... John was our "Family" lawyer for over 25 years. I am extremely saddened to hear the news as I just spoke with "Wilke" less than a year ago. I had no idea that he was ill, but I know he would never announce it, because he wouldn't want attention that way. He was a wonderful man, always made myself, my husband, my mother and father, and my brothers laugh. His sarcasm was truly appreciated and we will miss him dearly. I'm very sorry we only just found out, as we would have loved to have paid our respects to your family. From my family to yours, our thoughts and prayers are with you all.
