To Maurice's family--

I worked with Maurice at Nebraska Medicine. He always had a smile on his face and made a point to know everyone's name. I always looked forward to seeing him on my shifts. My deepest condolences to you all. Maurice was such a sweet soul. He is missed deeply at Nebraska Medicine!!

I worked with Maurice at Nebraska Medicine. I used to tease him that I could smell him coming because he always wore nice smelling cologne. He was kind to everyone and learned everyone's name. I looked forward to seeing him because he would brighten your day with his smile. I was deeply saddened to learn of his passing. He was such an asset to the Nebraska Medicine team and his presence in the hallways will be greatly missed.

Maurice was an uplifting presence at Nebraska Medicine. No matter the mood in the ICU, when Maurice stepped on to the floor, every face lit up in a smile as Maurice greeted each person by name (and a Christmas card for each of us during the holidays). We missed him dearly while he was gone on medical leave and elated when he returned briefly afterward. This news has all of us at the hospital shocked and heartbroken. He was a bright light of positivity during hard shifts at work, and he will be remembered and missed dearly by all of us.

We send our deepest sympathies to Mr Mrs Maurice Wade,Sr., and family.

I'm so sad to hear about Maurice. He was such a kind and good Soul. His smile was inectious and would brighten up the room and anybody who was having a bad day walked away feeling better. He was a hard worker at The Nebraska Medical Center. He knew your name and went out of his way to talk to you. The world is a lesser place today without Maurice in it. Prayers for his family and friends.

My thoughts go out to Maurice's family and friends. He was such a gentle soul who I met dancing about 15 years ago. It was so nice to get a hug every time we encountered each other. He was super special to my husband Logan and me. I shall miss seeing him on the dance floor. May you be at peace, my gentle friend.
