Ross, Elicia Beth Age 30 Bellevue, NE and formerly of La Porte City, IA. Died Saturday, February 20, 2016 at Josie Harper Hospice House in Omaha, NE. She married Kenneth Ross, Jr. on May 16, 2009 in Omaha. Elicia worked for a time for Schering-Plough Corp. and then taught medical biology at Bellevue West High school in Bellevue, NE. She was a member of Dundee Presbyterian Church in Omaha. Survivors include her husband, Ken and her daughter, Lydia Grace Ross of Bellevue; her parents, Michael and Rhonda Gleason of La Porte City; a brother, Nathan (Jessica) Gleason of Bellevue; her maternal grandmother, Shirley Caldwell of La Porte City; her paternal grandparents, Richard and JoAnn Gleason of Gilbertville, IA; her mother-in-law, Michele Ross of Omaha and many aunts, uncles, cousins and special friends. She was preceded in death by two daughters in infancy, Olivia Beth and Elliana Ross; her maternal grandfather, Joseph Caldwell and her father-in-law, Kenneth Ross Sr. MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL will be celebrated at 11:30am Thursday, February 25, 2016 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Gilbertville, IA with burial in West View Cemetery in La Porte City. PUBLIC VISITATION will be held from 4-7pm Wednesday, February 24 at La Porte City Funeral Home, 606 E. Main St. in La Porte City, IA with a vigil service at 7pm Wednesday; and for an hour prior to services on Thursday at the Church. A memorial service in Omaha will be planned at a later date.
