Kelsay, Allen V. Age 86 Allen V. Kelsay, of Omaha, formerly of Cedar Creek, NE, passed away Feb. 26, 2019. He was born July 19, 1933. Allen is survived by his wife, Joan, of Omaha, NE; son, Scott (Connie) Kelsay, of Union, NE; daughter, Tracy (Greg) Frerichs, of Omaha, NE; five grandchildren, Matthew, Emma, Ethan, and Mary Frerichs and Nathan Kelsay; and three sisters, Judy (Ralph) Weile, of Roca, NE; Sharol (Ray) Scholl of Rapid City, SD; and Carol Gurney, of Lawrence, KS. He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Vernon Leroy Kelsay and Olin Kelsay; sister, Joyce Wiltse; and niece, Kelly Wiltse. Allen worked for OPPD for over 30 years in many capacities. FUNERAL SERVICE: Saturday, March 2nd, at 11am, at Immanuel Lutheran Church, 36712 Church Road, Louisville, NE. Burial at Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery. VISITATION: Friday, March 1st, 1-9pm, with family present from 6-8pm, at the Fusselman-Allen-Harvey Funeral Home in Louisville. Memorials are suggested to Alzheimer's Association.
