The City of Bellevue is seeking a name for the new conference and event center under construction in the Twin Creek development.

Bellevue is looking for organizations, companies and individuals interested in buying the naming rights to the new center located at 3750 Raynor Parkway, according to a press release from the city.

The Bellevue Conference and Event Center will be able to seat up to 800 people and will have audio and visual equipment for meetings, conferences, wedding receptions and other events. A Courtyard by Marriott hotel will connect to the facility. Construction is expected to be completed this summer.

Bellevue’s press release touted the benefits of the naming rights sponsorship, such as exterior and on-site exposure and “repeated references of your company name in the marketing environment.”

Phil Davidson, spokesman for the city, said the city wants to find out if anyone is interested in pursuing the naming rights.

The city is not necessarily looking for the highest bidder. But if a partner and the city can reach agreement, Bellevue would get financial assistance and the company would get its name out, Davidson said.

Interested organizations are asked to call Davidson at 402-293-3052.
