SCOTTSBLUFF — Two men are accused of burglary for breaking into a building and stealing beer and cash from the Scottsbluff Country Club earlier this summer.

According to an arrest affidavit, a Scotts Bluff County sheriff's deputy on July 9 was called to the country club after an employee doing rounds saw that a door to a snack shack had been kicked in.

Officers found the door damaged and a cash register empty. Officers obtained video, which showed two adult men breaking into the building, stealing cash and beer.

Police arrested the two men, Andrew Black, 21, and Kevin Marchington, 30, of Gering,on burglary charges after questioning. Marchington has been in jail since July 15 on drug charges in an unrelated case.
