The Schola Cantorum of First-Plymouth Church in Lincoln will sing the office of Compline at Trinity Episcopal Cathedral, 113 N. 18th St., at 7 p.m. Sunday.

The congregation will gather by candlelight as the 18-person choir sings psalms and evening prayers.

Compline, sung at the end of the day, offers prayerful meditation through music.

Divorce Care: A new session of Divorce Care ministries at St. Andrew’s United Methodist Church will begin at 6 p.m. March 2. The sessions are designed to provide holistic support for those who are going through, or have gone through, divorce. For more information, email the Rev. Pancake supper: St. John’s Lutheran Church in Schuyler, Nebraska, is having a Shrove Tuesday pancake supper from 4:30 to 7 p.m. Feb. 28. The menu includes pancakes, breakfast sausage and scrambled eggs. Tickets are $6.50 for adults; $4 for children ages 6 to 12. Children 5 and younger are free. Tickets will be available at the door. Proceeds will benefit the Christian Education Program at St. John’s.
