» Black Lives Matter address with Alicia Garza, 7 p.m., Wednesday, Nebraska Union, 1400 R St, Lincoln. Tickets required for entry.

» A Territory During War Between the States: Nebraska in the Civil War, sponsored by Peru State College’s Black Student Union and Phi Alpha Theta, 11 a.m., Thursday, Peru State College Campus, CATS Building Conference Room, 600 Hoyt St., Peru, Nebraska.
