The Omaha Earned Income Tax Credit Coalition again will offer free tax preparation services to middle- and low-income residents.

Although there will be processing delays, the sites will offer customers secure, fast and easy ways to get all of their refunds through direct deposit, new bank account opportunities and debit cards.

Additional services, all free, allow people to consider how to improve their financial stability through savings opportunities and wise use of tax credits.

New this year at most sites, taxpayers can prepare their own taxes using an online program offered through a collaboration of the United Way Worldwide and the Walmart Foundation.

Sites can be located by calling 211, by visiting facebook.com/OmahaEITC or by visiting fhasinc.org. All sites are in Omaha unless otherwise noted. All sites offer the self-service online program unless noted.
