Omaha police have arrested a man suspected of killing two others early Tuesday in a home near Forest Lawn Cemetery.

Michael Sykora, 57, and Tracy Atkins, 50, were killed. Nyir Kuek, 20, was arrested.

Officers were called to 6908 Northridge Drive shortly after midnight, according to a Douglas County 911 dispatcher. Inside the home, police found two men with gunshot wounds who were pronounced dead at the scene.

The arrest was announced about 10 p.m.

Kuek was booked on two counts of first-degree murder and weapons charges.
