A California man has been arrested and 90 pounds of marijuana have been seized after a traffic stop on Interstate 80 in Nebraska.

The arrest was made after a Nebraska State Patrol trooper pulled the driver over for failing to signal a lane change near Shelton, which is between Grand Island and Kearney.

A State Patrol dog detected a controlled substance, and troopers searched the vehicle, a 2007 GMC pickup. The marijuana was inside cabinets and boxes.

The California man was arrested on drug charges and taken to the Buffalo County Jail.
