Troopers with the Nebraska State Patrol found 368 pounds of marijuana over the weekend during a traffic stop on Interstate 80.

A trooper working Saturday near Goehner, which is southwest of Seward, spotted an eastbound Dodge Ram that wasn’t staying in its lane. After stopping the pickup truck about 11:50 a.m., the trooper detected the odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle.

Troopers searched the pickup and found 16 large trash bags containing the 368 pounds of marijuana in the cargo area.

A 37-year-old Indiana man was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and possession with intent to deliver. He was taken to the Seward County Jail.
