A 20-year-old woman told Lincoln police that she was able to outrun a man harassing her with sexual comments Monday as she jogged along the Dietrich Trail.

The woman said she was jogging about 5 p.m. near Pentzer Park in northwest Lincoln when she noticed a black sedan drive past multiple times. The male driver yelled sexual comments before parking the car and running toward the woman.

The woman picked up her pace and was able to outrun the suspect, police said. She described the vehicle as a dark-colored, four-door sedan, possibly with Colorado license plates.
