No hiding this beauty: Stolen Barracuda is recovered

This 1973 Plymouth Barracuda, stolen Aug. 4 from a Bellevue garage, has been recovered in Dodge County, Nebraska.

A bright yellow muscle car, a classic from 1973, has been recovered after being stolen Aug. 4 from a Bellevue garage. The Plymouth Barracuda was found in Dodge County, Nebraska.

A 30-year-old man has been charged with possession of stolen property. The thief had cut a hole in the garage big enough to fit through. He then unlocked the garage from the inside and found the keys, which were also in the garage.

Law enforcement officers credit the car's distinctive appearance and posts on social media with gaining the car's recovery.
