The 2021 class for Nebraska boys basketball has some potential superstars.

Three sophomores — Chucky Hepburn (Bellevue West), Hunter Sallis (Millard North) and Preston Murphy, Jr. (Elkhorn South) — have established themselves as three of the top players in the state, no matter the graduating class.

But Hepburn, Sallis and Murphy could eventually have some company at the top of the class.

Here is a list of players who are the most likely candidates for the first iteration of the 2021 top 25, which will be released following the 2018-19 high school season.
