When Jake Palensky was given the green light to return to the football field, he wasn’t going to stop. The Raymond Central senior had surgery to repair a torn labrum in his left shoulder in January. That ended his wrestling season and kept him from competing in track. And more importantly to Palensky, it kept him from full participation during summer football camps.

The Centennial Bronco boys basketball team came up short on Friday night as it dropped a 38-35 home contest to the Sutton Mustangs.
