A Denver-based private investment company has purchased two Omaha shopping centers.

Baceline Investments, a private equity real estate investment and management company, recently purchased Fort Plaza near 90th and Fort Streets and Weber Place at 30th Street and Forest Lawn Avenue for about $7.1 million, said Ember Grummons of Investors Realty, who brokered the deal.

Tenants include a Dollar General and Voodoo Taco at Fort Plaza and a Douglas County Treasurer’s Office and clothing retailer Citi Trends in the Weber Place center.

The centers were previously owned by NewStreet Properties of Omaha.
