Renaissance Financial has settled into brand new digs at the Sterling Ridge redevelopment site.

With the move into larger, more modern quarters at 12801 Pierce St., President Steve Kontz said he can see the 60-person Omaha office doubling its number of employees over the next seven years.

The St. Louis-based company, which came to the Omaha market in 2005, now occupies 21,000 square feet, up from about 13,000 square feet in its former west Omaha location.

Employees are now in one of the newest office buildings at the Sterling Ridge campus near 132nd and Pacific Streets.

“Growth is important to us as we expand our footprint across the nation, most recently with opening an additional office in Phoenix, Arizona, as well as moving to a new office space in Lincoln, Nebraska,” Kontz said.
