James Blackledge, who became chief executive of Mutual of Omaha in April, named three executive vice presidents Monday, among eight top officers reporting to him. They are:

» Dan Martin, executive vice president for individual and group insurance, in charge of individual financial services and group benefit services. He started at Mutual as an actuarial assistant in 1983 and has been in charge of group benefit services since 2003. Michael Weekly, who retired, had headed the individual financial services division.

» Mike Lechtenberger, executive vice president and chief information officer, overseeing technology, applications and systems infrastructure. He joined Mutual as an entry-level programmer in 1986 and most recently was senior vice president for information services applications. Blackledge had headed the information services division.

» Stephanie Pritchett, executive vice president and chief marketing officer. She was chief marketing and strategy officer for the Hartford Financial Services Group and held senior marketing positions at USAA and Washington Mutual Bank.

Pritchett’s position is new and follows the retirement of John Hildenbiddle, who was senior vice president for brand management and public relations.
