Facebook is now hiring for its $300 million Papillion data center.

The company has posted 18 jobs on its careers page and is accepting applications. The open positions are in data center operations, facility operations and security.

The roughly 1,000,000-square-foot data center off Nebraska Highway 50 and Capehart Road is expected to one day employ more than 100 people full time.

Eventually Facebook will need electricians, air conditioning and heating specialists, culinary and cleaning staff, operations staff, logistics staff and security persons, said Lindsay Amos, a Facebook spokeswoman.

The Papillion data center is Facebook’s sixth data center in the United States and ninth worldwide. Project leaders have said they hope to have buildings up and sealed by Thanksgiving. The data center will go online in 2020.

Amos said construction is on schedule
