Berkshire Hathaway’s 400,000 employees are eligible for a contest that could pay the winner $1 million a year for life, Warren Buffett said Monday.

Someone will win $100,00 for sure by picking the most winners in the NCAA men’s basketball tournament, Buffett said on CNBC, and if someone picks the winners of all games leading to the Sweet 16, that employee would receive $1 million a year for life.

The contest is open to all employees of Berkshire-owned companies, he said. That includes employees of Duracell, the battery company that Berkshire was buying Monday, Buffett said.
