The Wolf Creek center, a Bellevue shopping area that previously included a Gordmans store, has been sold for $8.1 million.

The 118,500-square-foot shopping center at 10521 S. 25th St. had been owned by a local developer and sold to Cincinnati-based Viking Partners, an entity that specializes in buying shopping centers with large vacancies.

Ember Grummons of Omaha Investors Realty represented Viking Partners, which was attracted to the property in part because of the nearby high-performing Walmart. He said Wolf Creek had a history of full occupancy prior to Gordmans vacating. The property was not openly marketed, Grummons said.

Outlots in front of the property, including Summer Kitchen Cafe and Sonic, were not part of the Viking Partners purchase, Grummons said.
