Flagship Commons, Westroads Mall’s new food hall, will open Tuesday.

Flagship Restaurant Group, the Omaha company behind the concept, was originally aiming to open before Thanksgiving, but delivery of commercial equipment delayed construction. The company then aimed for a Dec. 21 opening but was unable to get things up and running before Christmas.

The 21,000-square-foot space situated between the AMC multiplex and Younkers department store will offer eight restaurants, some new and some familiar, with fast-casual and full-service options.

It will have a full-service bar; new locations for Aromas Coffeehouse, Blatt Beer & Table and Amsterdam Falafel and Kabob; plus five new concepts, including Yum Roll by Blue Sushi Sake Grill, Yoshi-Ya ramen, Weirdough Pizza Co., Juan Taco and a custom salad station, Clever Greens.
