A little help

At least for parents of toddlers, help is on the way.

You know how Janie Peterson of Behaven Kids answers our questions every Tuesday in her column on child behavior?

Well, there’s another local expert who’s written a book on child behavior. Thomas Reimers is director of Boys Town’s Behavioral Health Clinic, which in part provides counseling to youth and families. His book “Help! There’s a Toddler in the House!” just came out and it’s packed with tips for how to deal with toddlers’ antics.

Each chapter focuses on problems parents often encounter during the toddler years – things like potty training, tantrums, getting your child to listen, healthy eating, sibling rivalry and bedtime.

Many of us have dealt with those, right?

I haven’t read the book yet, but I do have two copies to give away to two of you! Enter in our forum here if interested.

Happy Thursday!
